In our Online Order Processing System, first we create an online account of our customers at our Customer Service Portal https://herbalheritage.org and provide the login user id and password to clients to login their account. Our Customers can login their account at Customer Service Portal and After login, customer can use below given online services to save their time and efforts.

2. View Order Details and Order History
3. View Live Order Status (step by step order processing history)
4. View/Download Invoices
5. Request for Quotations
6. View our all Product & Services
7. Create Online Support Ticket for your queries.
8. Live Chat with our Customer Support Team for their queries.
As well as we have made our communication system completely transparent and online through which our customers gets automatic update of order statuses by Email and SMS.
Terms & Conditions
1. We need 20 to 30% advance payment at time of order and balance payment we takes before dispatch.
2. In case packaging material is being manufacturing more then order qty, the customer required to pay packaging material cost in advance.
3. Once packaging design approved by customer, it will be sent for printing immediately. If any mistake during approval from customer end we will not responsible for the same and customer will be responsible for the same losses.

Delivery Method
We generally asked to our customer at the time of order booking about the preferred shipping method and use the same to dispatch the goods. If customer selected transport method is not available at our city, then we request to customer to choose transport method which are available in our city. Major available transports are in our city are - Ajeet Transport, Khusdil Transport, Kamal Roadways etc.
